Case Studies

Client: Marine Stewardship Council.
Agency: Engage Group.

Overview:
Contracted by Engage Group for back-end & front-end development of the Marine Stewardship Council CMS

Works consisted of:
Developing a CMS application using the Plone 3 CMS and Zope 3 technology as a base to develop a custom Python egg. Technology used: Python, Tal, HTML, CSS and Google maps to deliver on time a successful CMS application.

Client: My Action Aid.

Overview:
Contracted by Engage Group for the front-end CSS and tal template development of My Action Aid.

Works consisted of:
Developing CSS and tal templates from PSD artwork and working these designs into workable HTML / TAL / CSS / templates for integration into Plone.

Family Mosaic

Client: Family Mosaic.
Agency: Engage Group.

Overview:
Contracted by Engage Group for back-end & front-end development of Family Mosaic's Plone website.

Works consisted of:
Working from the technical documentation / wire frames and PSD artwork to develop the Family Mosaic's Plone website product. I was the only developer working on this project and by using Python / Tal / HTML / CSS and the Zope / Plone frame work was able to deliver on time a successful web CMS application to the client.

Marine Stewardship Council

Leigh Day & Co's

Client: Leigh Day & Co's.
Agency: Engage Group.

Contracted by Engage Group for back-end & front-end development of Leigh Day & Co's Plone CMS website.

Works consisted of:
Developing a CMS application using the Plone 3 CMS and Zope 3 technology as technical documentation set out by the technical director at Engage. As the main developer on this project I worked closely with the desing team to make sure that the front-end design would meet WC3 guidelines.

My Action Aid

Contracted by Sharkbyte for the front-end development of Nokia Interactive Advertising e-newsletter template.

Works consisted of:
Developing e-newsletter templates from PSD artwork and working these designs into workable HTML / CSS / templates for todays on and offline email clients.

Disability Now

Client: Disability Now.
Agency: Engage Group.

Overview:
Contracted by Engage Group for back-end & front-end development of Disability Now's Plone CMS website.

Works consisted of:
Developing a web CMS application using Python, Zope, Plone, HTML, CSS and Tal. Working from the technical documentation and PSD design, which Engage had given me I set to work developing a W3C AAA website application which was easy for the client to use and update their content with.
