In this section of the site I mention a list of Agencies, which I have been employed by over the last five years and there is a full detailed breakdown of main duties and responsibilities within these companies.

Case Studies

Client: NS&I Perspectives.
Agency: Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw.

Overview:
Contracted by Kitcatt Nohr for the development of the NS&I Perspectives monthly online magazine.

Works consisted of:
Developing a Plone 3 custom Python egg application using Python, Tal, HTML, CSS, which when installed in the CMS would customise the look and functionality of Plone to work as an online magazine application.

Lexus RX 450

Client: Lexus RX 450.
Agency: Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw.

Overview:
Contracted by Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw to develop a new microsite for the launch of the new Lexus RX 450 range.

Works consisted of:
Working closely with the inhouse design team to develop a new microsite for the launch of the new Lexus RX 450 range using HTML, PHP and CSS.

NHS SmokeFree

Client: NHS SmokeFree.
Agency: Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw.

Overview:
Contracted by Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw for the front-end development of the NHS SmokeFree campaign.

Works consisted of:
Working from the PSD artwork to develop the NHS SmokeFree email campaign. I was the only developer working on this project and by using HTML and limitted CSS to template the emails. After the templates had been developed Campaignmonitor has used to test these templates with a number of email clients.

Marine Stewardship Council

Client: Marine Stewardship Council.
Agency: Engage Group.

Overview:
Contracted by Engage Group for back-end & front-end development of the Marine Stewardship Council CMS.

Works consisted of:
Developing a website CMS application using the Plone 3 CMS and Zope 3 technology as a base to devlop a custom Python egg of the website. Technology which I worked on for this site was Python / Tal / HTML / CSS / Google maps to deliver on time a successful web CMS application for uses by the end client.

Waitrose

Client: Waitrose.
Agency: Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw.

Overview:
Contracted by Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw for the development of a number of Waitrose email campaigns.

Works consisted of:
Over the years of working with Kitcatt Nohr I have worked on a number of the Waitrose email campaigns. Some of these campaigns have used a number of dynamic email templates, which I have helped to develop and take to market. Techniques used in the development of these emails has been HTML 4 and very limited CSS has been used to cater for the number of email clients out there.

Glenfiddich

Client: Glenfiddich.
Agency: Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw.

Overview:
Contracted by Kitcatt Nohr to develop the base templates used within the Glenfiddich website.

Works consisted of:
Working inside a team of other developers and designers I was responsible in producing the base templates from artwork using XHTML / CSS / JavaScript. As there was a number of people working on this site at the same time as eachother the development was managed using sub-versioning.

Kitcatt Nohr photo comp

Client: Kitcatt Nohr inhouse project.
Agency: Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw.

Overview:
Contracted by Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw to develop the inhouse 2010 Kitcatt Nohr photo comp microsite.

Works consisted of:
Developing a microsite using XHTML, CSS and Jquery. Working from the technical documentation and PSD design, which Kitcatt Nohr had given me, I set to work developing a W3C AAA microsite for this (and last) years photo competition.
